2 new types of dinosaurs, as large as the blue whale, found in China
Scientists from China and Brazil have said that the Silutitan example is assessed to be more than 65.6 feet long and the Hamititan example was 55.77 feet long
Researchers named the species Silutitan sinensis or "silu" and Hamititan xinjiangensis named for where the fossil example was found in Xinjiang. They have said that "silu" signifies the "Silk Road" in Chinese Mandarin pinyin, "in memory the extraordinary shipping lanes which associated the East and West". "Hami" alludes to the Hami city where the example was found.
As per the examination, Silutitan sinensis is another types of sauropod—a plant-eating dinosaur with an extremely long neck, long tail, enormous body and little head. It said that the dinosaur was found to have a few attributes in its neck vertebrae that show it had a place with a group of sauropods called Euhelopodidae, which have so far just been found in East Asia
